If you place your order before 12pm Monday to Friday we will always attempt to dispatch it for next day delivery unless indicated otherwise on the website. All orders are delivered at a cost of just £15.00 unless indicated otherwise on the website. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and please note that we don’t deliver on UK Bank Holidays.

As delivery to the above regions may be subject to additional delivery charges a member of our customer service team will contact you to advise you of any additional delivery costs prior to dispatch.

Returns Policy
We have every confidence in the quality of our products, each of them comes with a minimum manufacturers warranty of 1 year.
However in the unlikely event that you do decide that you need to return goods you will need to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. Please contact our customer service team on customerservice@mobilecomputerstore.co.uk with the following information:
- Your product serial number
- Your order numbers
- A description of the fault or issue with the item(s)
- Whether you require a Replacement, Repair or Credit
Return the product in its original packaging, display the Returns Authorisation Number clearly on the outside, and post to:

Goods returned without a valid Returns Authorisation Number will not be processed.
Please ensure that the returned product is clearly marked with the Returns Authorisation Number. Goods returned without a valid Returns Number will not be processed.
If your order arrives either damaged or incomplete you must email the customer service team on customerservice@mobilecomputerstore.co.uk within 5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE:
Goods being returned where no fault is found will incur a handling charge of 20% of the invoice value.
Goods returned for credit must be in a saleable condition and complete with all manuals, components and undamaged original packaging, any software seals (if applicable) must not have been broken. Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited.
Goods being returned due to a mistake on the part of the buyer will incur a handling charge of 20% of the invoice value. The amount will be deducted from the value of the credit note.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled prior to despatch will not incur any restocking charges.
However, should an order be cancelled after despatch Mobile Computer Store reserves the right make a handling and restocking charge of 20%
